Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee daily reservations across multiple booking channels, including direct bookings, OTAs, and property management systems.
2. Monitor room/property availability, rates, restrictions, cancellations, modifications, and booking confirmations.
3. Optimize occupancy and revenue by implementing effective pricing and yield-management strategies based on demand, seasonality, events, and market trends.
4. Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
5. Maintain accurate rate plans, availability, promotions, minimum-stay requirements, and inventory across all distribution channels.
6. Monitor booking pace, occupancy levels, Average Daily Rate (ADR), RevPAR, and overall revenue performance.
7. Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling, promotions, length-of-stay strategies, and dynamic pricing.
8. Manage overbooking risks and coordinate inventory allocation to maximize occupancy while maintaining guest satisfaction.
9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation and revenue reports for management.
10. Analyze booking trends, pickup reports, cancellation patterns, and forecasted demand to support revenue decisions.
11. Coordinate closely with Operations, Guest Relations, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth reservation handling and accurate revenue reporting.
12. Handle guest and partner inquiries related to availability, rates, booking conditions, amendments, and cancellations.
13. Ensure all reservations are accurately entered, updated, and reconciled in the property management/reservation system.
14. Manage OTA extranet updates and ensure accurate property information, pricing, availability, and promotional offers.
15. Support month-end revenue reconciliation and investigate discrepancies between reservations, payment records, and financial reports.
16. Maintain strong relationships with OTA partners, travel agencies, corporate clients, and other distribution partners.
17. Track key revenue KPIs and provide recommendations to management for improving occupancy, profitability, and overall business performance.
18. Ensure compliance with company policies, cancellation terms, payment procedures, and local holiday-home regulations.
19. Continuously identify process improvements and automation opportunities to improve reservation efficiency and revenue performance.
20. Help to company to bring new apartments in the inventory.
Salary: AED 4,000 plus commission
** Preferably with Holiday Homes Experience
