We are currently hiring for one of our QSR brand in Dubai.

About the Role:

We are seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Crew Members. In this role, you will ensure excellent guest experiences by delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service according to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests courteously and assist with menu selections.
• Take orders accurately at the counter or drive-thru.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve issues promptly.
• Uphold a welcoming and polite attitude at all times.
• Prepare and assemble food and beverage items following standard recipes.
• Maintain quality, portion control, and food safety standards.
• Operate POS systems, handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Pack orders efficiently and ensure accuracy before delivery to guests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in dining, kitchen, and service areas.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene policies (including proper temperature control).
• Dispose of waste and clean equipment responsibly.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as required.
• Support colleagues during peak hours.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good basic math skills (for POS and cash handling).
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Food handling certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
