Site Supervisor - Interior Fitout Works

Role: Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site teams, subcontractors, and activities to ensure that work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in commercial interior fit-out works, including civil works, partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, MEP coordination, and finishing works

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for interior fit-out projects.

· Manage and monitor site workers, subcontractors, and specialist contractors.

· Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

· Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineer and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

· Review drawings and understand the sequence and requirements of site works.

· Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure works meet required standards.

· Coordinate MEP works with civil and interior fit-out activities to avoid clashes and delays.

· Check site measurements and verify completed works where required.

· Monitor material availability at site and coordinate with the procurement and project teams to avoid work interruptions.

· Identify site issues, discrepancies, and potential delays and report them immediately to the Project Manager/ Site Engineer.

· Ensure proper use, handling, and storage of materials at site.

· Coordinate inspections and rectification of defective or incomplete works.

· Ensure subcontractors follow approved method statements, drawings, and project instructions.

· Maintain daily site records, progress updates, manpower reports, and site activity reports.

· Always ensure housekeeping and proper organization of the site.

· Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and company safety procedures..

· Ensure snagging works are completed properly and within the required timeframe.

Qualifications & Experience

· Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction or a related field is preferred.

· Minimum 4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out projects in UAE.

· Proven experience supervising commercial interior projects such as offices, retail, hospitality and healthcare

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
