Aluminum Façade Fitter
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary
We are looking for skilled and experienced Aluminum Façade Fitters to join our Aluminum & Façade team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, fitting, alignment, and finishing of aluminum façade systems, curtain walls, glazing, windows, doors, and related façade components.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and fit aluminum façade systems, curtain walls, windows, doors, and glazing as per approved drawings and site requirements.
- Carry out marking, leveling, alignment, drilling, fixing, and installation of façade components.
- Read and follow basic shop drawings and installation details.
- Ensure proper fixing, sealing, alignment, and finishing of aluminum and façade elements.
- Use hand tools and installation equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform adjustments, rectification, and finishing works when required.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other site installation teams.
- Follow company HSE procedures and site safety requirements, particularly when working at height.
- Maintain good housekeeping and protect installed materials from damage.
- Report material shortages, defects, or installation issues to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in aluminum façade installation.
- Hands-on experience in curtain wall, aluminum windows/doors, glazing, cladding, or façade works preferred.
- Ability to read basic drawings and understand installation instructions.
- Good knowledge of aluminum profiles, fixing methods, tools, and accessories.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
- UAE/GCC façade experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet project deadlines.
