Site Supervisor

Position: Site Supervisor
Experience: Minimum 3+ years UAE experience in interior fit-out works

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily interior fit-out site activities.
• Coordinate gypsum, ceiling, painting, flooring, tiling, glass, joinery, civil and MEP works.
• Allocate and manage workers and subcontractors efficiently.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed as per the project schedule.
• Check workmanship and maintain required quality standards.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure materials are available on time.
• Conduct site measurements and verify completed quantities.
• Coordinate with the Fit-Out Engineer, Project Manager, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure proper site safety, housekeeping and protection of completed works.
• Identify site issues and report them immediately to the engineer/project manager.
• Manage snagging and rectification works before handover.
• Provide daily manpower and work-progress updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil and interior finishing works.
• Ability to understand drawings and site measurements.
• Good manpower and subcontractor management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
