Senior Full Stack Engineer (React, Nodejs, Python)

Role: Full Stack Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE – Onsite

Contract Duration: 12 months (Extendable)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications that integrate advanced AI capabilities. You will work closely with product teams, AI researchers, designers, and backend specialists to deliver secure, high-performance end-to-end solutions, contributing across both frontend and backend development from concept through deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud services.
• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React, Next.js, Vue.js , or similar technologies.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Flask), Go , or similar technologies.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent features and services into applications.
• Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Contribute to technical architecture and design decisions.
• Implement and continuously improve CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment pipelines .

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development across frontend and backend systems.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js .
• Backend development experience with Node.js, Python, or Go .
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, OAuth, and JWT .
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis .
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure .
• Hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes .
• Strong understanding of software design principles, testing frameworks, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with server-side rendering, static site generation, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with AI integration and data visualization frameworks .
• Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi .
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana .
• Knowledge of application security best practices and performance profiling.

Important: This is an onsite position in Abu Dhabi on a 12-month extendable contract .
