About the Role:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a minimum of 6 years of proven architectural experience in the UAE.

This is a key role involving full project cycle management—from concept development -design development – detailing & preparing for related Authorities submission, you will be responsible for developing innovative, functional, and sustainable designs while ensuring alignment with client goals, building regulations, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage architectural projects after concept stage through completion of the design stage, ensuring quality, creativity, and functionality.
• Interpret project briefs to assess client needs and develop feasibility studies and design proposals.
• Develop architectural solutions considering functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic value.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications; revise designs as necessary.
• Maintain project timelines and stay within budget.
• Collaborate with engineering team to insure no discrepancies between all engineering part ( architecture, structure & MEP)
• Stay up-to-date with current architectural trends, technologies, and materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience within the UAE.
• A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical knowledge, and successful projects.
• Expertise in building materials and local building codes and regulations.
• Proficient in architectural design software (e.g. Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management capabilities.
