Senior IT Auditor (SAP focus)

📍 Amsterdam, Netherlands | Hybrid, 3 days on-site

An exciting opportunity to join a global internal audit function, delivering audits across SAP environments and supporting the enhancement of risk, control, and governance frameworks worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Lead global internal audit engagements using a risk-based approach.
• Assess SAP systems, configurations, and end-to-end business processes across functions such as Procurement, Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, and Inventory.
• Identify risks, evaluate controls, and provide practical audit recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders to leverage data analytics and process intelligence.
• Support audit planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' IT audit experience gained in Big 4 and/or industry environments.
• SAP audit expertise across P2P, O2C, R2R, Manufacturing, and Inventory
• Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or SAP Business One, including process and risk assessment.
• Ability to evaluate business and operational risks beyond traditional ITGC audits.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills; cloud/SaaS and SAP controls knowledge preferred.
