Job Description

• Performance Tracking & Optimisation: Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and Excel trackers that translate livestream performance data into actionable insights and recommendations to optimise future campaigns.
• Commercial Brand Management: Own end-to-end coordination of anchor brand sign-ups, pitching and securing brand participation in OA livestream initiatives while working with stakeholders to close deals and execute projects on time.
• Payments & Process: Maintain affiliate payment trackers and conduct validation and cross-checking to ensure accurate, timely payouts and resolve any discrepancies across records, eligibility, and calculations.
• Campaign Planning & Strategy: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of livestream marketing campaigns, partnering cross-functionally and managing incentive programmes, homepage assets, and voucher mechanics to drive engagement, streamer growth, and topline targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage internal stakeholders and external partners
• Comfortable working with numbers and data; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Proficiency in Python and SQL would be an added advantage
• Detail-oriented in project management with an aptitude for work
• Experience in livestream, talent management, client management, e-commerce and affiliate industry would be an added advantage
