Recreation Receptionist

Join our dynamic team as a Recreation Receptionist in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates! We're looking for a friendly and organized individual to be the welcoming face of our recreation facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, handle inquiries, and provide information about facilities, programs, and services

• Process registrations, bookings, and payments for recreational activities while maintaining accurate records

• Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and keeping the space clean and organized

• Assist with scheduling and coordinating recreational programs and events

• Resolve customer complaints and ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality industry

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor

• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and scheduling software

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with tact

• Basic math skills for handling payments and reconciliations

• First Aid and CPR certification preferred

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
