HR Intern/Working Student

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• Supporting the HR team throughout the entire recruitment process – from job posting and screening to conducting interviews
• Support the HR team in implementing a new recruitment tool – from collecting data, preparing reports to setting up new guidelines
• Support the HR team in different projects from diversity & inclusion, time tracking to employer branding
• Taking on the organization and management of administrative HR tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Do not hesitate to apply if you have… or if you are …

• successfully completed at least the first four semesters of a relevant study program (e.g., business administration, human resources management, psychology)
• in a gap year between bachelor’s and master’s degree (only for internship)
• gained some initial experience in HR or recruiting
• a precise, structured, and independent way of working and strong (self-) organizational skills
• basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• a team player, have strong communication skills, and can communicate fluently in German and English
