Administrative Services Apprentice-Associate Specialist I

The Administrative Services Job Family Group provides various office and facility support activities. Identifies, enhances and follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided; ensures the correct functioning and security of facilities. Responsibilities may include protecting the organization's premises from any preventable harm or danger, property management and maintenance of properties, or providing passenger services.

The Administrative Services Apprentice-Associate Job Family is a position for someone who has completed formal secondary, high school, or some collegiate-level education. Skill-based role, learning through hands-on work and on-the-job experience under the guidance of experienced Administrative Services colleagues and management.
