Job description

Member of the unit management team and deputy for related functional areas.
-
Contribute to defining and implementing departmental strategy and represent the engineering function externally.
-
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team, providing technical and disciplinary leadership, training, and resource optimization.
-
Support project execution and tendering activities while ensuring active participation of team members in project work.
-
Ensure timely delivery of engineering systems, components, and project deliverables within budget and quality standards.
-
Monitor budgets, costs, and resource allocation, taking corrective actions when required.
-
Drive employee development through hiring, coaching, mentoring, training, and career planning.
-
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, business processes, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Several years of engineering experience, including strong expertise in plant engineering and project execution.

Proven experience managing diverse organizational functions and leading multidisciplinary teams.
-
Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build long-term collaboration internally and externally.

Ability to evaluate complex operational scenarios, make informed decisions independently, and apply advanced problem-solving methodologies.

Extensive knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, products, suppliers, and market dynamics.

Strong business and commercial acumen with high cost awareness across the value chain.

Proficient in project management, MS Office, and project management tools with a systematic and entrepreneurial mindset.

Excellent English communication skills, high autonomy, prioritization ability, and strong quality assurance capabilities.
