Job description
Your tasks:
-
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technical opportunities and gather user requirements for Polarion customizations, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
-
Configure, customize, and maintain Polarion ALM solutions to support engineering, quality, and compliance processes.
-
Perform troubleshooting and provide user support, ensuring reliable system operation and high user satisfaction.

Perform general system administration tasks, including:
-
User, role, and permission management
-
System monitoring and health checks
-
Analysis of log files and troubleshooting of system issues
-
System upgrades, patching, and validation activities
-
Performance analysis and optimization
-
Develop and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, operating procedures, and user training materials.
-
Support validation, change management, and compliance activities in regulated environments.
-
Collaborate closely with process engineers and business stakeholders to continuously improve processes and system capabilities.

Education in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
-
Experience with Polarion ALM configuration, customization, administration and support.
-
Experience with Java and/or JavaScript.
-
Experience with REST APIs, databases (SQL), Git, and modern development tools is an advantage.
-
Experience with Polarion SDK, Velocity scripting, and system integrations is a plus.
-
Ideally, experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Requirements Management, Test Management, or regulated development processes.

Proficiency in English; German is considered an advantage.

Team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
