At CSi Palletising, we’re looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer who’s ready to make an impact, technically, professionally, and as a trusted partner across the organisation.

The Role

As Lead Electrical Engineer, you are the technical backbone of our electrical discipline. You actively contribute to projects and product development while acting as a central point of contact between engineering, project management, and other departments. You combine hands‑on engineering with coordination, quality oversight, and expert advice.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinating and planning electrical engineering activities across projects

Designing, reviewing, and managing electrical diagrams using EPLAN

Safeguarding the technical quality of products and engineering processes

Acting as the go‑to electrical expert for project teams and stakeholders

Preparing functional descriptions and technical specifications

Monitoring planning, progress, and compliance with technical standards

Sharing knowledge and continuously developing both yourself and the team

About You

You’re an enthusiastic and driven electrical engineer who enjoys working in a team‑based, project‑oriented environment. You take ownership, think analytically, and aren’t afraid to make decisions. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you’re motivated by achieving the best possible result together.

Requirements

A completed HBO degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or similar

Proven experience in electrical engineering (experience within mechanical engineering or logistics is a plus)

Experience with EPLAN is an advantage

Strong communication skills in Dutch and English

Knowledge of international mechanical engineering standards (CE and/or UL knowledge is a plus)
