Test Rig & Equipment Qualification Engineer (m/f/d)

Design, build, adapt, and maintain test rigs, fixtures, simulators, emulators, and measurement setups.

Configure and support PLC systems, hardware/software integration, sensors, actuators, and measurement equipment.

Perform technical troubleshooting and support the integration of test equipment and components.

Ensure test equipment readiness through configuration management, servicing, maintenance, and technical documentation.

Execute equipment qualification activities and assess change impacts before formal verification phases.

Collaborate closely with engineering and verification teams to ensure stable and reliable test environments.

3+ years of experience in mechatronics, test engineering, automation engineering, or system integration.

Hands-on PLC experience and strong practical knowledge of sensors, actuators, measurement devices, and mechanical fixtures.

Experience developing, adapting, or maintaining simulators, emulators, and hardware-near test tools.

Practical experience with test equipment qualification in a regulated or quality-driven environment.

Strong technical troubleshooting skills and structured problem-solving approach.

Very good English and German and full on-site deployment capability.
