About the Program

Accelleron’s Management Trainee Program is a two-year journey designed to shape recent graduates into future leaders. Through a combination of on-the-job training, formal learning, and four rotational assignments, trainees gain hands-on experience and insights across diverse functional areas.  

We’re seeking a dynamic, collaborative, innovative, and resilient individual to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in cross-functional rotations in areas such as Operations, Sales, Business Development and Marketing.

  • Support strategic projects and drive process improvement initiatives.

  • Analyze business data and generate reports to support decision-making.

  • Collaborate with teams to address real-world business challenges.

  • Present learnings and recommendations to senior management at program milestones.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field (recent graduates preferred).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn.

  • Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, or internship experiences.
