Position: HR Executive / Specialist / Generalist

  • No Payroll Duty as Handled by China HQ

Will Relocate Near Tai Seng MRT in Mid-August 2026

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.

Minimum 2-5 years of relevant HR Generalist experience.

Proven experience in Full-Cycle Recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

Familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Whyze, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.

Experience in organizing Campus Recruitment Activities, career fairs, and building partnerships with universities will be an added advantage.

Good understanding of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and local HR best practices.

Experience in supporting Employee Engagement, performance management, and HR initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: HR Executives oversee the entire hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating job offers. They ensure the organization attracts and retains qualified talent aligned with company goals

Onboarding and Employee Development: They design and implement onboarding programs to integrate new hires effectively. Updated employee details in HRM System. (Whyze)

HR Systems and Technology: Modern HR Executives leverage HR software and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse ATS) to automate administrative tasks, streamline processes, and focus on strategic initiatives like employee engagement and retention

Campus Recruitment: Organize career fairs and informational sessions at prestigious universities such as NTU, NUS, SMU, and SUSS to engage with potential candidates. Post job openings specifically targeting graduates on the universities' online portals to attract suitable applicants.

Performance Management: HR Executives monitor employee performance, conduct appraisals, and provide feedback to support productivity and professional development. They help managers set performance goals and track progress

Employee Relations: Implement initiatives and engagement events that promote employee relations. Additionally, conducting employee surveys will facilitate the collection of valuable feedback, enabling ongoing improvements within the organization.

Policy Development and Compliance: They create, update, and enforce HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws and organizational standards. This includes compliance with employment regulations and maintaining accurate employee records
