Job description

Purpose of the Job The Senior Manager AI Culture Transformation builds the narrative, engagement, and cultural conditions required for responsible AI adoption at scale. The role shapes clear employee communications, leadership messaging, manager guidance, culture activation, community engagement, and feedback loops that make AI adoption understandable, trusted, and embedded in how people work.

This role owns the communication and culture layer of the AI strategy: adoption narrative, employee engagement, leadership alignment, communication campaigns, champion activation, listening mechanisms, success stories, and visible behavior change across teams and functions.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the AI communications and culture roadmap aligned to digital strategy, business priorities, workforce needs, and responsible AI expectations.
  • Shape a clear employee narrative for why AI matters, which tools are approved, how AI should be used, and what responsible AI adoption means in practical work.
  • Create and manage communication assets such as launch messages, leader talking points, manager guides, FAQs, adoption stories, intranet content, community posts, and campaign materials.
  • Equip leaders and people managers to communicate expectations, model responsible AI use, address employee questions, and create psychological safety for experimentation.
  • Build and activate an AI champions network across business units, functions, and regions, including community routines, recognition mechanisms, demo materials, and peer-learning formats.
  • Use surveys, focus groups, interviews, champion feedback, community questions, and adoption data to understand employee sentiment, readiness, barriers, concerns, and opportunities.
  • Create visible culture moments, storytelling formats, success stories, and engagement campaigns that normalize responsible AI experimentation and shared learning.
  • Define and track communication and culture metrics, including awareness, reach, engagement, sentiment, leadership activation, champion activity, responsible-use understanding, and adoption risks

Work Experience

  • 5–7+ years of experience in internal communications, culture change, employee engagement, organizational development, change management, digital transformation, or technology adoption.
  • Proven experience shaping narratives, communication campaigns, leadership messaging, engagement plans, communities, or culture-change initiatives across multiple functions or regions.
  • Strong ability to translate strategic, digital, technical, legal, or policy topics into clear employee communications and leader-ready messaging.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI, digital adoption, enterprise tool rollouts, or responsible technology communication.
  • Experience using employee listening, sentiment insights, adoption feedback, or engagement data to shape communication and culture interventions.
