Role Description The Senior Salesforce Agentforce Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce and Agentforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and workflows that support business processes. Daily activities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical designs, and implementing scalable configurations and custom code. The developer will troubleshoot and resolve system issues, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, preparing technical documentation, and supporting deployments and continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components), configuration, and customization, with experience implementing complex business logic.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, third-party systems) and data management (migration, cleansing, ETL tools).
• Proficiency in software development practices, including object-oriented programming concepts, version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and test-driven development.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques.
• Ability to gather and analyze requirements, create technical designs, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Experience leading or mentoring other developers, conducting code reviews, and enforcing development standards and best practices.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, Application Architect) are highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Experience working in global or multicultural environments and prior exposure to enterprise-scale implementations is an advantage.
