We are looking for you if you want to help build our Store in Amsterdam and grow the Kapten & Son crew with your future team!

That's what you move with us...

• The complete store management is in your hands: you accompany the store opening and search for new employees together with us
• After the opening your tasks range from store redesigns to staff planning and feedback meetings
• Together with your future team, you will be responsible for the further development of the customer journey as well as the achievement of target sales in the store amsterdam
• With your congenial manner you manage to develop, coach and motivate the entire team
• You report directly to our retail manager and are in close contact with our headquarter in Cologne
• have first experience in the leadership of employees
• always have an open ear for the needs of your customers and your employees
• you can identify with our products and want to work together with a great team
• love to inspire customers with your positive charisma and to improve the shopping experience from day to day
• feel confident in communicating with customers in English, Dutch and ideally also in German
