About the Role

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Integral Chief Architect to lead the architecture strategy and technical roadmap for the Assure Integral product suite, a leading insurance administration platform. This role will drive product modernization, cloud transformation, enterprise integration, and architecture governance while ensuring alignment with the broader Assure platform.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the architecture strategy for the Assure Integral product suite.

Ensure alignment with DXC Assure's cloud-native architecture and AWS platform standards.

Lead architecture decisions for product modernization, scalability, security, and performance.

Drive integration between Integral, the Assure platform, ServiceNow Smart Apps, and third-party enterprise systems.

Provide technical leadership across cloud, data, AI, and enterprise integration initiatives.

Establish and maintain architecture standards, governance, and best practices.

Lead and mentor a team of architects and senior developers (5-10 team members).

Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to shape future platform capabilities.

Required Experience

15+ years of experience in Software Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture.

Strong background in insurance administration or insurance technology platforms.

Experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise applications.

Proven expertise in cloud architecture, application modernization, and enterprise integration.

Experience leading technical teams and architecture governance initiatives.
