Job description

What does your working day look like ...

  • You support our Senior Sales Manager.

  • You're responsible for all admin tasks: handling and loading contracts, loading and checking rates, maintaining the CRM system, etc.

  • You fully plan sales trips and coordinate business meetings.

  • You autonomously acquire business contacts via trade fairs.

  • You coordinate national and international client inquiries and prepare tailored proposals.

  • You support the planning and execution of sales activities, client events, trade fairs, and roadshows.

  • You organize and coordinate site inspections and hotel show rounds for potential clients.

  • You independently manage a small portfolio of clients and maintain strong business relationships.

  • You prepare and follow up on sales meetings and ensure all relevant sales documentation is up to date.

  • You support telemarketing and mailing campaigns to strengthen client relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Your personality counts more than your resume ...

  • You finished your education in hospitality, tourism, or a related field (apprenticeship or studies).

  • You're fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

  • You're confident using MS Office and enjoy working with different systems.

  • You're system-oriented as well as open and proactive.

  • You're a strong communicator with a professional and approachable manner.

  • You're a team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.

  • You are a doer – and openly admit when you have done something wrong.

  • You not only bring your skills to the table, but also your character.
