Senior Project Manager - Project Delivery (all genders)

• Lead complex IT implementation projects in an e-commerce environment from planning through go-live and early operations

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery

• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and external implementation partners

• Adapt your project approach depending on whether customers are onboarded directly by our team or through one of our partner agencies

• Monitor project progress, communicate updates proactively, and maintain clear project documentation

• Contribute to continuous improvements of project delivery processes and ways of working

• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT or e-commerce implementation projects

• Proven experience delivering projects successfully from initiation through go-live

• Practical experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall

• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks independently

• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with clients, product teams, and external partners

• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Asana

• Strong communication and presentation skills with fluent German and English

• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style with a high level of ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS implementation or onboarding projects

• Experience in e-commerce or retail

• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum.org
