About TERMINO & The Role

TERMINO is a modular design brand located in Berlin. We are currently expanding our operations and looking for a structured Operations Assistant to join our core team at Lobe Block. Reporting to our Operations Lead, you will take on daily operational tasks, manage our Asian supply chain, handle bookkeeping, and support customer projects.

**Key Responsibilities

**

• Supply Chain Management: Act as the primary contact for our manufacturing partners in Europe and Asia. Track production timelines, manage logistics, and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Bookkeeping and Admin: Collect, organize, and prepare invoices for accounting. High attention to detail is strictly required.
• Customer Projects: Track orders, manage inquiries, and coordinate delivery logistics.
• Office Operations: Support the core team with daily TERMINO showroom management and operational tasks.

Strict Requirements

• Mandatory Status: You must be a currently enrolled student. This internship must be a mandatory requirement of your university curriculum (Pflichtpraktikum).
• Language Skills: Native level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is strictly required for daily negotiations with our suppliers in Asia. Fluency in English is also required. German is a plus.
• Working Style: You are highly organized, responsible, and proactive in solving daily operational challenges.
• On Site Commitment: You must be available to work 100% on site in Berlin. Remote work is not possible.
