Lead requirements elicitation and business analysis activities for assigned projects, documenting business requirements at a level of detail sufficient to support solution design, development, and testing.
-
Establish and maintain requirements traceability and manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle.
-
Participate in solution design workshops and reviews, ensuring business requirements are accurately reflected in proposed solutions.
-
Develop business test scenarios and acceptance criteria, support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinate business user participation in testing activities.

-
Participate in post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and contribute to benefits realisation assessments.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
-
Minimum 7 years of professional experience performing business analysis activities across the full solution lifecycle, including requirements elicitation, analysis, solution design support, testing, implementation, and transition to operations.

-
Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or orchestration of AI-powered workflows.
-
Experience defining governance and prioritisation models for technology demand within an international organisation.
-
Experience working with the United Nations or other international or multinational organisations.
-
Strong business/client engagement skills and ability to establish effective working relationships with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
-
Ability to manage requirements throughout their lifecycle, including elicitation, prioritisation, traceability, change control, and business acceptance.
-
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to rapidly gather and consolidate information from multiple sources.
