(Junior) ETF Business Manager (m/f/x)

As a (Junior) ETF Business Manager, you are shaping and scaling Scalable’s existing and future ETF platform and product offering. You will collaborate closely with management, capital markets team, marketing, product development, and leading ETF issuers to bridge our strategic growth ambitions with client interests, operational excellence, and external partner management.

• Drive strategic and operational projects to launch, manage, and continuously expand our proprietary ETF product family

• Serve as a key point of contact for external partners (such as ETF issuers, index providers, and financial platforms), to build strategic co-operations and navigate regulatory requirements

• Coordinate go-to-market and marketing initiatives, including communication strategy, messaging, and campaign materials for new ETF launches

• Support content preparation for press and social media, with the opportunity to gradually step into a role as a public face in media formats and industry events

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and enhance the overall client experience for our ETF platform

• Oversee operational workflows, data delivery, and reporting to ensure seamless ongoing management of existing ETF products

• Serve as an internal hub and knowledge centre for ETF market developments and industry trends

• Excellent academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field of study

• Relevant work experience from prior internships or full-time employment in financial services, fintech, or asset management

• Solid understanding of ETF/ETP product mechanics, index structures, and retail investment trends, backed by a passion for financial markets

• Ability to deliver with excellent analytical and project management skills in a fast-paced environment

• Strong presentation and communication skills with high comfort or interest in representing the company publicly

• Proficiency in using Excel and AI tools for data analysis; basic familiarity with SQL or Python is considered a plus

• A collaborative team player with attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
