Interior Fit Out Site Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Interior Fitout Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, supervising, and coordinating site activities to ensure timely and quality delivery of interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Prepare and monitor work schedules, manpower planning, and material requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Maintain proper documentation including site progress reports, inspection requests, and as-built drawings.
• Liaise with clients and consultants for approvals and inspections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE/GCC with driving license.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing works, materials, and methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software is an advantage.
