Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Aluminium & Glazing to lead the successful execution of façade and glazing projects from project award through final handover. The ideal candidate will have 12–18 years of UAE/GCC experience in aluminium, façade, and glazing contracting, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Project Management

• Manage aluminium, façade, and glazing projects from initiation through completion and final handover.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.

Technical & Site Coordination

• Review contract documents, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical specifications.
• Supervise the installation of:
• Curtain Wall Systems
• Unitized & Stick Façades
• Structural Glazing
• Aluminium Doors & Windows
• Skylights
• Architectural Metal Works
• Coordinate procurement, fabrication, logistics, and installation activities to ensure seamless project execution.
• Resolve technical, commercial, and site-related issues promptly.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attend progress meetings and provide technical and commercial updates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Team Leadership & Compliance

• Lead and manage project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and installation teams.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE regulations, local authority requirements, and contract specifications.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 12–18 years of experience managing aluminium, façade, and glazing projects within the UAE or GCC.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, or high-rise façade projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of:
• Curtain Wall Systems
• Unitized & Stick Façades
• Structural Glazing
• Aluminium Doors & Windows
• Skylights
• Architectural Metal Works
• Cladding Systems
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, cost control, contract administration, and risk management.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, fabrication, and installation drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
