As a Lead Technical Facility Services (m/f/d), you will play a key role in supporting our customers by installing, commissioning, and optimizing advanced technical systems across Europe. Leveraging your strong technical expertise, you will provide hands-on support, deliver customer training, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure exceptional system performance and continuous product improvement.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Install, commission, and qualify abatement systems at customer sites across Europe
  • Deliver certified customer training for Cyclone and Encompass systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert on-site support
  • Conduct field testing, collect performance data, and support process and product optimization initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on product development, testing, and continuous improvement projects
  • Ensure full compliance with all company safety, quality, and operational standards

Show your expertise

  • Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
  • Extensive experience as a Field Service Engineer in an international environment, ideally within semiconductor, process, or high-tech manufacturing industries
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills, including the ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics
  • Proficiency in using test equipment, measuring instruments, and hand tools for installation and maintenance activities
  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication and training capabilities
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Europe and participate in product training programs in the United States
