AI Creative Systems Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the adoption of AI across Design, Creative and Digital Commerce.

You'll be responsible for building AI-powered workflows that enable creative teams to produce content faster and more efficiently, while partnering with Digital Commerce to drive measurable improvements through experimentation, optimisation and personalisation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creative technology with commercial impact and wants to shape the future of AI-enabled creative operations.

Day-to-day // Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimise AI-powered workflows for Design, Creative and Editorial teams.
• Integrate multiple AI platforms into seamless production pipelines.
• Develop prompt libraries, workflow standards and automation processes.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend new technologies.
• Build and maintain an organised, searchable creative reference and inspiration library.
• Support creative teams with AI-assisted content production.
• Partner with Digital Commerce teams to deliver AI-driven A/B testing and personalisation initiatives.
• Work closely with UX/UI, Paid Media and E-commerce teams to accelerate campaign execution.
• Champion AI adoption through training, documentation and best practice.
• Continuously improve creative workflows using automation and emerging AI technologies.

Experience // Skills

• Experience implementing AI within creative, design or content environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI workflow platforms such as ComfyUI, Figma AI or similar technologies.
• Experience building scalable creative workflows and automation.
• Knowledge of digital commerce, conversion optimisation or experimentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• A passion for emerging AI technologies and innovation.
• The ability to balance creative quality with measurable business outcomes.
