This is not a “maintain the site” job. You will own two or three WordPress + WooCommerce sites and turn them into machines that make people stop, trust us, and buy — using AI like a superpower to do it faster and better than anyone else could. If you want a quiet nine-to-five, this will be the wrong place for you. If you want a stage to prove exactly how good you are, keep reading.

What winning looks like in 6 months:

• Our sites look modern and premium — the online version of our real-world standard.

• Product and landing pages that convert, not just decorate — measurably more enquiries and sales.

• Fast, clean, bug-free, mobile-perfect. You find and kill problems before anyone reports them.

• Content and structure built so Google and AI search engines put us first.

• You use AI (Claude, ChatGPT, and more) to 10x your output — building, writing, designing and debugging in a fraction of the usual time.

• Marketing hands you shoot photos; you turn them into project pages that sell the dream.

Who you are — attitude first:

• You’re hungry. You’ve got real skill but you haven’t been handed the stage yet.
