Performance Test Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking Performance Test Engineer to ensure enterprise applications deliver exceptional performance, scalability, and reliability. The role involves designing and executing performance tests across API, Web, and Mobile applications while collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Engineering

• Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
• Develop performance testing scripts using JMeter, K6, or Gatling.
• Build workload models and establish performance baselines.
• Identify performance bottlenecks across application layers.

Monitoring & Optimization

• Analyze performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies.
• Utilize Dynatrace, Grafana, and APM tools for performance monitoring.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Track KPIs including response time, throughput, latency, and error rates.

Collaboration

• Work with Development, DevOps, QA, and Infrastructure teams.
• Support capacity planning and performance tuning initiatives.
• Maintain documentation and testing standards.
