Hiring: Civil Estimation Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Civil Estimation Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for civil construction projects.

* Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

* Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis.

* Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

* Coordinate with the Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams during the tendering process.

* Prepare technical and commercial proposals within the required deadlines.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

* Mandatory: Valid Practicing Civil Engineer Registration (Engineering License) issued by the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) – Abu Dhabi.

* Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in civil estimation and tendering.

* Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, specifications, and local authority requirements.

* Excellent experience in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and tender preparation.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and estimation software.

* Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tender submission deadlines.

* Immediate joiners will be given preference.
