Sales Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling construction, MEP, maintenance, or facility management services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, MEP, maintenance, and facility management sectors.
• Generate leads through client visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Visit potential clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, BOQs, and commercial submissions.
• Coordinate with the estimation, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
• Follow up on quotations, tenders, and business opportunities to secure projects.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support the closing of sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Prepare sales reports, client updates, and market analysis.
• Conduct site visits and attend client meetings as required.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, leads, and opportunities.
• Promote company services professionally and represent the organization in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales of construction, MEP, maintenance, or facility management services in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE construction and MEP market.
• Experience in preparing quotations, BOQs, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
