Job Summary

Elevare Interiors LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and residential fit-out works, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage interior fit-out projects from award to final handover.
• Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved within the agreed timeline.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and procurement activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Review drawings, material submittals, shop drawings, and technical documents.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
• Attend client and consultant meetings and provide project updates.
• Coordinate authority inspections and approvals when required.
• Ensure successful project handover, snagging, and close-out documentation.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Lead and motivate site engineers, supervisors, and project teams to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the interior fit-out industry.
• Experience managing high-end residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials, MEP coordination, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent understanding of project planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and project management software.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
