Senior Structural Engineer – Dubai

Access Consult is seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Dubai.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Valid Dubai Municipality Unlimited Structural Engineer Licence.

Extensive experience in the structural analysis and design of high-rise buildings, towers, complex developments, and large-scale projects.

Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations, Dubai Municipality requirements, Trakhees regulations, international design codes, and authority submission procedures.

Proven ability to independently develop, review, and approve structural design calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.

Advanced proficiency in structural engineering software, including:

ETABS

SAFE

SAP2000

STAAD Pro

Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis

Tekla Structures

Revit Structure

AutoCAD

Prokon and other relevant design applications

Strong understanding of reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, steel structures, foundations, retaining systems, and lateral-load-resisting systems.

Experience in wind analysis, seismic analysis, structural optimisation, value engineering, and coordination with architectural and MEP disciplines.

Ability to lead structural design teams and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and specialist subcontractors.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Previous UAE consultancy experience is essential.

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong technical judgement, leadership capability, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver safe, efficient, and authority-compliant structural solutions for complex high-rise developments.
