Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the Ritchie Bros. International Marketing Team by executing data-driven digital marketing programs that drive buyer engagement, seller lead generation, and marketplace growth across EMEA and APAC markets. This role manages key digital channels, including paid media, SEO, SEM, social, email, and web while optimising performance through analytics, testing, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Country Marketing Managers and central digital teams, the Digital Marketing Specialist ensures campaigns are executed on time, aligned to business priorities, tailored to regional needs, and grounded in RB Global best practices.

• Digital Campaign Execution & Optimisation

Plan, implement, and optimise digital campaigns across paid search, display, social, and email to drive buyer activity, seller leads, and auction participation. Manage budgets with full accountability for return on investment

• Web, SEO & Content Performance Management

Manage website content updates, landing pages, SEO improvements, and digital content performance to enhance visibility, traffic, and conversion across international markets

• Analytics, Reporting & Insight Generation

Analyse campaign performance metrics using advanced analytics tools to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders, maximise marketing ROI, and support regional growth targets.

• Cross-Functional Coordination & Digital Enablement

Collaborate with Country Marketing Managers, Product, and central digital teams to align campaign priorities, share best practices, and support digital enablement across markets
