About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Data Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor key store data such as sales, costs, and customer complaints, analyze abnormal indicators and propose improvement plans, and provide regular reports to relevant departments to drive improvements in store operational efficiency and performance.

Store Operation Supervision: Conduct store inspections, hands-on guidance, and new store support to ensure the implementation of standardized processes. Address issues such as product display and inventory management to ensure operational compliance and enhance customer satisfaction.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with headquarters, marketing, and supply chain departments to allocate resources and support store activities (e.g., promotions, cross-industry collaborations). Optimize inter-departmental collaboration mechanisms to ensure efficient execution of business strategies.

Training and Empowerment: Develop training plans for store staff, conduct training on sales techniques, service standards, and system operations to enhance team capabilities and promote the replication of successful operational models.

Cost and Performance Management: Monitor cost expenditures such as labor and consumables, optimize resource allocation; analyze financial reports and develop feasible plans to ensure the achievement of regional sales targets, profit goals, and market share.

Market Research and Feedback: Collect competitive intelligence, commercial district data, and customer needs, prepare analysis reports, and provide feedback to decision-makers to support store strategy adjustments and business innovation.
