SAP Consulting Lead – Global Delivery (m/f/d)

ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced SAP Consulting Lead – Global Delivery to oversee the successful execution of international SAP implementation projects within the MedTech and Life Sciences industry.    This role focuses on delivery leadership, operational excellence, and team coordination. You will ensure consistent project execution, high-quality customer outcomes, and continuous improvement of delivery processes while supporting the development of our global consulting team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Lead global SAP Functional Consulting delivery across multiple customer projects

• Coordinate consulting resources, project assignments, and capacity planning

• Ensure project quality, timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction

• Support consultants through coaching and technical guidance

• Establish delivery standards, templates, methodologies, and governance

• Identifydelivery risks and drive proactive mitigation strategies

• Partner closely with Project Management, Product, Development, Customer Success, and Support

• Driveutilizationmanagement and operational improvements

• Monitor delivery KPIs and continuously improve execution

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Strong SAP Functional Consulting background

• Several years of experience leading SAP implementation projects

• Experience coordinating distributed consulting teams

• Excellent organizational and project management skills

• Strong communicationand stakeholder management abilities

• Experience in regulated industries such as Medical Technology or Life Sciences

NICE TO HAVE

• SAP Certification

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations

• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies

• Experience with global delivery organizations
