This software platform enables Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and e-Mobility Service Providers (eMSPs) to successfully launch their respective businesses. Role overview
The Team Manager Roaming Excellence operates as a horizontal capability lead within the federated Roaming Centre of Excellence (CoE), responsible for governance, standards, KPI frameworks and continuous improvement across roaming. The purpose of this role is to establish and operate a Roaming Excellence capability layer ensuring consistent governance, performance transparency, process standardisation and continuous improvement across all roaming activities.
Requirements: What you’ll do
Define and maintain group-wide roaming KPI framework and control tower
Design and maintain end-to-end roaming SOPs and processes
Define OCPI/OICP standards, onboarding frameworks and interoperability governance
Own data models, analytics standards and dashboard frameworks
Establish knowledge base and training frameworks for roaming capabilities
Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
Define and support L3 escalation expertise and frameworks
Responsibilities
Accountable for roaming governance and standards across entities
Accountable for alignment between SSE execution and CoE frameworks
Accountable for establishing performance transparency across roaming
You have
An entrepreneurial mindset: you see opportunities for collaboration, improvement, and innovation and are excited to bring them to life
A university-level degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Understanding of the Roaming business and/or the eMobility sector (a plus)
The ability to deliver projects on time and within the agreed scope
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
2 years in a management position
Strong analytical and communication skills
Professional (fluency) writing and speaking in English
