Senior Associate / Associate, Equity Platform Manager, Consumer Banking Group

As a key member of the Regional Equity Platform team, you will provide equity trading platform and domain expertise to front-line and stakeholder teams. You will support and monitor online equity trading platforms, manage issue escalation, and collaborate closely with business, technology, and design partners to deliver a reliable and intuitive trading experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage and support end-to-end delivery of initiatives, system enhancements, and projects for equity and wealth platforms across regional markets, including system and process testing in an Agile environment.

Collaborate with business units, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery, scope alignment, and quality outcomes.

Partner with design teams to review journey flows, screen designs, and specifications, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

Develop and maintain project artefacts such as plans, documentation, workflows, and diagrams to enable clear communication and progress tracking.

Raise, review, and manage user stories; coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with manual and automation testing teams to meet delivery timelines.

Support order management processes, drive projects and ensure smooth platform functionality across trading journeys.

Work closely with technology teams to review sprint plans, narratives, and test strategies, ensuring accurate translation of requirements into deliverables.

Monitor platform performance and analyse data to identify opportunities for optimisation, stability improvement, and enhanced user experience.

Support operational rollouts of equity across internet and mobile channels, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal business disruption.

Develop and maintain user guides, operational documentation, and reference materials to support adoption and platform usage.

Provide post-go-live support, including training support, production issue investigation, escalation, resolution, and follow-up within SLA timelines.

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to support feature adoption, client engagement, and business growth initiatives.

Manage day-to-day operational support by responding to trading-related enquiries from Relationship Managers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related discipline, with 3-5 years of relevant experience, i.e requirements gathering, business analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience or strong knowledge of wealth investment products, particularly equities, with a sound understanding of equity markets and trading principles.

Solid IT and platform exposure, preferably involving banking or wealth management platforms such as AVALOQ.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple deliverables, and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
