As Product Manager, you are the link between customers and product development. You translate and filter customer needs and trends into the product roadmap in line with strategic company goals. You shape the direction of our solution by being in contact with our customers in Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the UK, and the US.

Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
Gather and prioritize customer, market, and business requirements.
Conduct customer interviews and user research.
Write clear product requirements and user stories.
Collaborate with engineering and UX teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer impact.
Analyze product performance using KPIs and customer feedback.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on product launches.
Stay informed about healthcare trends, regulations, and competitor products.
Drive continuous product improvement through experimentation and iteration.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience translating customer needs into product requirements.
Familiarity with product analytics tools and experimentation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
