Tasks inspiring you

• Own and drive the pricing process (price setting, monitoring, and price increases) in alignment with the go-to-market strategy
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to ensure consistent pricing execution across markets and product lines
• Develop, maintain, and release the Sales Calculation Guidelines and govern the offer calculation framework
• Monitor the commercial performance of the sales organization, proactively identifying risks, anomalies, and opportunities and translating findings into actionable recommendations for management
• Support periodic performance reviews and sales forecasting by providing analyses, KPI data, and variance reports

Qualifications That Inspire Us

• Extensive experience in Sales Controlling, Financial Controlling, or a closely related role
• Proven hands-on experience with pricing, offer calculation, and sales guidelines
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1)
• Willingness to travel approximately once per month (25% of the time)
• Practical experience using AI tools as part of day-to-day work

Nice to have

• Communicative proficiency in German
• Background from a technology or software/SaaS company
