[Uni – Jan till Jun 2027] Technical Pre-Sales Consultant Intern

• Solution Design & Vendor Engagement: You will be attached to Solution Architects and Technical Pre-sales teams to evaluate tender specifications, attend customer meetings to gather requirements, identify relevant vendors, negotiate pricing, and support Proof of Concept (POC) activities by arranging equipment loans that demonstrate technical feasibility to clients

• Tender Cost Management & Budget Quotation Preparation: You will work on compiling and verifying vendor and internal service costing to complete tender cost schedules, and suggest solution improvements that enhance NCS's competitive positioning while maintaining profitability

• Bid Governance & Post-Tender Support: You will participate in structured bid reviews from Pursue to Decide stages, support internal reviews by clarifying service costs and solution designs, and provide post-tender clarifications including price schedule revisions and cost optimization recommendations when opportunities are awarded

What You’ll Do:

This role provides essential pre-sales and post-sales support aligned to Client Service Units (CSUs), working closely with Account Managers, Solution Architects, and vendors to develop competitive, cost-effective solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bidding, Solutioning & Cost Management: You will attend customer meetings to gather requirements and raise clarifications, evaluate tender specifications with Solution Architects and Technical Pre-sales teams to determine optimal solutions, and compile and verify vendor and internal service costing to complete tender cost schedules while conducting price comparisons and suggesting solution improvements

• Proposal Preparation: You will support Proof of Concept (POC) activities by arranging equipment loans, and prepare cost summaries, CVs, customer references, and competitive price analysis for proposal compilation
