Network & Security Infrastructure Lead

As Network & Security Infrastructure Lead, you will play a critical role in designing, securing, and managing the organization's network and security infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of Network & Security Infrastructure services across the organization.

• Manage network architecture, firewalls, VPNs, SWIFT connectivity, and wider security infrastructure.

• Ensure high standards of quality, timeliness, and operational controls across infrastructure services.

• Continuously improve processes, procedures, and operational documentation.

• Identify and escalate risks and issues to maintain a well-controlled environment.

• Support audits, reviews, and regulatory requests within a regulated environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Network & Security Infrastructure, including team leadership experience.

• Experience working within banking, financial services, or another regulated environment.

• Strong understanding of network architecture, firewalls, VPNs, SWIFT connectivity, and security infrastructure.

• Proven track record delivering infrastructure capabilities to production quality and operational standards.

• Experience supporting audits, reviews, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong focus on governance, risk management, and operational excellence.
