Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing one or more development projects in coordination with the Project Management team and the Supervision Consultant. This role involves leading all project disciplines and activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within the approved budget, and in accordance with the required quality standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, monitoring progress, coordinating stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring the successful achievement of project objectives throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accountable for the timely and within budget delivery of his assigned development project(s).
2. Control and monitor the project budget and report on variations immediately.
3. Monitor on a daily basis the cost and quality of his assigned project(s) and keep the management informed on progress of project and budget.
4. Regularly report to Executive Director, Development Management on project progress, concerns, and disputes.
5. Oversee and follow up ongoing works with the PMC/Consultants.
6. Oversee and follow up with the main contractor, through the PMC/Consultants, on a daily basis.
7. Provide detailed input to the Development Planning department during the conceptual stages of a project.
8. Maintain Safety standards, Quality Assurance and Control.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in in Architecture, Masters in Project Management preferred, PMP certification, preferably holding membership of professional bodies such as CIOB, RICS & RIBA.

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, written and oral presentation skills.

• Strong track record of past performance in positions of leadership with ability to motivate and generate respect and trust from staff and external stakeholders

• Minimum 15 years of experience as an on-site Engineer, 7 of which as a Project Manager in a reputable organization.

• Previous experience in the GCC, preferably in Dubai, Doha.

• Computer literate (Primavera, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project.).

• Fluent in English (Oral and written), Arabic preferred
