Store Manager

Job Title: Store Manager.

Location: Eastern Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to independently manage the daily operations of a retail supermarket. The role is responsible for procurement, inventory management, sales, merchandising, customer service, financial performance, and leading the supermarket team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the implementation of the supermarket’s strategies and procedures.
• Evaluate commercial performance and recommend actions to increase profitability and sales turnover.
• Maximize sales and profitability by controlling operational costs within budgetary guidelines.
• Review and analyze stock and sales reports, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Coordinate with Department Heads to ensure effective stock management, including stock value, out-of-stocks, and timely deliveries.
• Lead and guide the team to enhance customer service and ensure customer requirements are met according to established standards.
• Supervise service and maintenance activities to ensure supermarkets’ assets are fully operational and safe.
• Assist in the performance management process by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and providing constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 6 years' experience in supermarket management
• Fluent English (spoken and written). Arabic is an advantage
• Possess a good understanding of procuring goods and materials from both local and international markets.
• Excellent people management, coaching and mentoring capabilities
• Merchandising and visual display experience to maintain high store standards
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for sta.ff, customers and business supporters
• Excellent customer service mindset, focused on customer satisfaction and retention
• Proven experience using point-of-sale (POS), ERP or retail management systems (e.g. Lightspeed, Netsuite, Epos Now).
• Numeracy skills and experience with inventory analysis and loss-prevention metrics.
• Strong financial literacy with the ability to read Profit and Loss Statements, manage budgets and cash flows.

Pay: ﷼4,500.00 - ﷼8,500.00 per month
