Job description
We’re Hiring: Logistics Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaCompany: Blumen Café & Sweets
Blumen Café & Sweets is looking for an experienced and results-driven Logistics Manager to lead our logistics operations and ensure the efficient movement of products from suppliers to our warehouse and across all company branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage logistics strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, including supplier deliveries and branch distribution.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, production, and branch teams to maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and implement continuous process improvements.
- Manage relationships with transportation providers and negotiate service agreements.
- Ensure accurate scheduling and on-time delivery of orders to all branches.
- Monitor transportation costs, vehicle utilization, and delivery performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local transportation requirements.
- Lead, train, and evaluate the logistics team to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within the food & beverage, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of transportation planning, fleet management, distribution, and supply chain operations.
- Experience with logistics management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic , English is an advantage.
