Support rooms-based functions: front office, reservations, guest services, and housekeeping.

Assist with guest check-in and check-out for a warm and efficient welcome and farewell.

Proactively respond to guest inquiries, providing accurate information and issue resolution.

Collaborate with housekeeping for immaculate guest rooms and public areas.

Assist with room reservations, ensuring accurate data entry in the management system.

Support special guest requests, going the extra mile for memorable experiences.

Demonstrate flexibility to excel in various roles within the Rooms Division Department.

Uphold health, safety, and security standards for a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
